The main body is knitted in heathered beige. Black stripping is knitted into the edge of the brim the base of the crown and then another strip up near the center of the crown. The buttons are from Aunt Irene's cache. We all have a pickle jar of assorted antique buttons handed down to us from our favorite aunties, right? The brim of the hat can be worn rolled, as Betty Davis would on day she was being a very good girl. Or wear it angled down, as Betty Davis would on a day she was being a bitch.
These hats usually do not need to be washed. If you spill red wine on it, you can wash by hand in cool water, mild soap and set it on an upside down bowl to dry.

How to Measure Head Size.
Head sizes vary from pin-head (The Hat Lady) to pumpkin head (you know who you are). The size of the hat is indicated in the description of each hat. It is important to order the correct size. "Hats with Attitude" can be made to fit any head size. If you have an outlier head, you might want to consider having a hat custom made.
- 19 & 1/2" - 21 & 1/2" = Small
- 22" - 23" = Medium
- 23 & 1/2" - 24 & 1/2" = Large
